Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. If we have already quoted you for a website, you are not allowed to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1. To enter, participants must complete form, and submit an email.
2.2. Entries must be made before closing date end 31st January 2025, 23:59 GMT
2.2. Only one entry per person/company is permitted.

3. Prize Details

3.1. The winner will receive a free single-page website design, hosted for one year.
3.2. Hosting will commence from the date the website goes live and will last for 12 months.
3.3. The website includes:One round of revisions.No ongoing free updates or changes. Any additional changes or updates during the year will be charged at £80 per hour.
3.4. The winner must provide guidance on colors, content, and key preferences. No comprehensive design process or consultation is included as part of the prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize Conditions

5.1. The website design is for a single page only and is subject to the specifications provided by the winner.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.
5.3. The hosting service will terminate after one year unless the winner opts to renew at their own cost.

6. Liability

6.1. Xenos Digital accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or other issues.
6.2. By entering, participants agree that Xenos Digital will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by participating in this competition or by the use of the prize.

7. General

7.1. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Xenos Digital reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or its Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy

8.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Xenos Digital's Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner unless additional consent is provided.
